Yamada Yoshiki

Graduated from the Department of Sociology at Rikkyo University. Worked at Mynavi as a media planner for university student advertisements, at Recruit as a mid-career recruiting support and career change support, as a personal trainer, and at a social enterprise as a support for employment of people with disabilities and organizational development. After losing his job, he trained in Zen meditation at a Zen temple in Kyoto.
